Sales ManagerPosition objective:In this position you will supervise and organize sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in industrial, electronic or related EngineeringBilingual English/SpanishVerifiable experience in sales for automotive industry (is a must)5 years or more of selling plastic products and copper wiring (preferred)Experience making quotesExperience in planning and implementing sales strategies.Experience in customer relationship management.Experience managing and directing a sales team.Ability to understand the funability of a productMS Office ProficientAvailability of travel.Strong background in the automotive sectorsUp-to-date knowledge of local market dynamics and challengesProven sales skills and commercial acumenAbility to navigate cross-cultural environmentsBilingual fluency Korean & EnglishVacancy Located: Durango, Dgo., or Monterrey, Nuevo León, MexicoMain responsibilities:Manage healthy and long-lasting relationships with clientsDevelopment and training of large accountsAchieve and maintain effective salesMonitor customer satisfactionEvaluate and analyze necessary information to get clients.Maintain positive and effective relationships with key people in the marketCreate the difference between the competition by creating offers and developing prices in conjunction with the businessUnderstand customers and be essential supportSolve incidents that arise with the clientRetain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time.Develop strategies to advise clients to a mutual benefitUnderstand and apply the one goal to this company´s missionManaging organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.Meeting planned sales goals.Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.The ongoing training of your salespeople.Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.Promoting the organization and products.Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.Preparation of high-level presentationsSkills:StrategicStrong communicationEffective negotiation with external and internal clients.TeamworkTake the lead in each assigned projectSchedule availabilityProblem-solvingManagement of multiple activities simultaneouslyOutgoingCustomer service orientation.
