Human Resources Manager

As one of the Global leading businesses in automotive Cables and as part of its incredible expansion COFICAB Group is recruiting an : HR Manager Responsibilities •Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. •Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance. •Ensure alignment of HR policies and programs with organizational goals. •Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement. •Ensure compliance with HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, safety, GPTW, NOMs, etc.). •Implement improvement projects, organizational communication, and social responsibility programs. •Responsible for EHS and Safety & Environment, as well as regular internal and external audits for QMS and EMS. Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field. •Proven experience managing HR operations in manufacturing environments, preferable in the automotive industry. •Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll systems, and talent management processes. •Experienced in System Tress and reporting •Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
