Transformational Manufacturing Leader

Job Description We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business transformation and lead the optimization of our organization's processes through a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodology, with experience in driving process improvements and developing strategic plans. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a roadmap for continuous improvement, including project selection and prioritization. Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement new procedures. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate progress and results. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field. 4+ years of experience in operations or manufacturing. Fluent bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
