IT Support Analyst

Visión general Administer and maintain the organization’s information systems to ensure they function reliably and meet user needs. Install and configure information systems and associated hardware according to technical specifications. Communicate with system users and efficiently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems, escalating when necessary.ResponsabilidadesLocal Help Desk support for end-users, covering all new technologies (hardware & software).Training Google Workspace to other users.Installation and setup of new software and equipment across the company.Control of licenses, PC inventory, and preventive maintenance of company computers.Problem resolution for networks and connectivity across all company equipment.Maintenance of floor-level computers and equipment for check‑in/out clocks.Windows and cell phone support, troubleshooting telephony and communication issues.Evaluation and implementation of new technologies (hardware, software) required by the company.Monitoring of communication lines, UPS, and emergency plant to ensure correct operation.Other similar functions as required.RequisitiosEducation: Bachelor of Science in Computer, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent.Experience: Minimum one year of relevant experience.Skills: English proficiency for a multicultural environment (50%).Knowledge: Expertise in Google Workspace, IA, Windows, iOS, Android, hardware, and networking.Lixil Competences: Integrity, Responsibility, Customer centricity, Enthusiasm, and Innovation.EEO Statement Declaración de Igualdad de Oportunidades de Empleo: AS Maquila México S. de R.L. de C.V. y American Standard B&K México, son empleadores que ofrecen igualdad de oportunidades.
