Business Process Excellence Lead

Innovation & Technology Leadership Identify opportunities to enhance business processes using emerging technologies. Drive adoption of digital tools like RPA, AI, cloud platforms, and data analytics to boost efficiency. Process Excellence Capabilities Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Establish and refine frameworks, best practices, and standards to ensure process consistency and quality. Lead and take ownership of 2–3 cross-functional initiatives focused on process efficiency and standardization. Monitor and optimize end-to-end processes to support strategic business goals. Project & Change Management Plan, execute, and oversee improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies to ensure smooth execution. Lead change initiatives aligned with business needs, ensuring effective adoption across departments. Address resistance by providing teams with the right tools, resources, and coaching. Ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in throughout the improvement lifecycle. Identify and mitigate risks related to change and modernization efforts to minimize disruption and ensure success. Communication Develop and execute clear communication plans to support transparency and alignment. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to facilitate understanding and collaboration. Maintain close communication with operational teams to ensure practical alignment and address on-the-ground challenges.
