**Your Job**The Maintenance Scheduler will have the key responsibility of managing production risks through effective coordination between the maintenance and production teams. This critical role will be fundamental in minimizing unplanned downtime, optimizing available resources, and maximizing operational efficiency within the plant.**Our Team**As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will be part of the Reliability team, collaborating closely with planners, maintenance engineers, and the reliability engineer. This collaborative environment will be essential to ensure the operational continuity of equipment and processes while managing and optimizing maintenance resources to provide efficient service to the plant.**What You Will Do**- Ensure Operational Continuity: Efficiently coordinate activities between maintenance and production teams, ensuring seamless execution that minimizes unplanned downtime and enhances overall productivity.- Create Value Through Maintenance: Identify and leverage opportunities in the production schedule to plan and execute maintenance tasks that strengthen reliability and extend the lifespan of assets.- Maximize Resource Utilization: Adjust work preparation and prioritization to ensure the maintenance team focuses on high-impact activities, achieving optimal use of human and material resources.- Strengthen Asset Reliability: Lead the proactive execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks, reducing the risk of failures and improving equipment availability.- Optimize Productive Time: Maintain and manage a list of supplementary tasks ("fill-in work") to maximize the productive time of technical staff, ensuring they are consistently engaged in value-adding activities.- Anticipate and Mitigate Risks: Evaluate, communicate, and proactively manage the risks of unplanned downtime based on the current conditions of equipment, preventing critical interruptions to production.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Experience in roles related to maintenance and resource scheduling.- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with planning tools and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Proficiency in English (preferred).- Alignment with our safety and operational culture.- A customer-oriented mindset, both internal and external.- Humility to tackle daily challenges and a willingness to continuously learn.- Initiative and a self-development mindset to constantly improve in the role.**Who We Are**At Koch, our business philosophy empowers employees to focus on what they do best, improving their lives and creating value for the organization.
