Where the Chemistry Happens: BASF/Chemetall is looking for a Customer Service Representative to interface with customers, supply chain, operations, and credit department, collect customer feedback and handle orders from beginning to end. Ingredients for Success: Language Requirements English- Advanced (spoken and written) French- Advanced (spoken and written) Bachelor’s Degree 2 years of experience required in customer service area Customer focused-Skills Analytical thinking and problem solving Knowledge of ERP systems SAP –Preferred Availability to travel during the first 3 months of employment for training outside of Mexico
