YFFS is fully committed to the excellence of development and delivery of system integration with its manufacturing facilities in Europe, China and now in México. Position:Quality Superintendent- automotive Tier 1 To ensure the accomplishment of Quality System in all productive areas, according to customer specific requirements accomplishment, launching and audits. Manage the Quality Engineers reporting to the position, as well as follow up required trainings or skills increasement, and corporate and organizational objectives accomplishment. Parque O Donnell Aeropuerto El Marqués· Timing availability, passion, drive, innovative and resilience to work with a multicultural know- how.· Travel availability· This position reports to a Quality Plant Manager Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position – Plus – Experience in airbags It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site. Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation. SKILLS -Drive, Innovative, strong interpersonal and expressional abilities expression, enterprising and good team worker. -Application of lean and continuous improvement tools good, stress resistance, communication, problem solving, customer service, quick fast response Experience minimum 5 years in automotive industry (must) as Quality Superintendent in automotive industry: Ensures that products meet internal and customer quality standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement goals. Ensure that Quality Engineers review, validate, update, the CP, ODS, SPC, PPAP, GRRs, Dimensional Reports, Capabilities, PFMEA, First Part Release, as needed to be accomplished, and documented and reviewed in the floor shop according to schedule. Coordinate and ensure the proper 8D answering on time related to Formal and unformal 3CPR, MQR, CS1/2, customer complaints, internal complaints, implementing effective corrective actions, and lesson learned to prevent reoccurrences. Ensure the follow up and accomplishment on time for Product Audits, Annual Revalidation, by the QE, according to schedule plan. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external quality audits, including customer, third-party, and regulatory audits. Lead customer issue resolution efforts, including warranty claims, nonconformances, and return analysis. Support launch of new products and processes with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation. Follow up the corrective actions closing time by QE, derived from customer or 3rd party Audits. Supporting Quality Engineers when there are doubts for any criteria definition, to release or stopping the lines. Ensure that all QE have the proper tools as computer equipment, cell phone, to accomplish the daily follow up on activities and objectives. QE Performance evaluation thru One on One, Quarter Evaluations, to confirm performance and development objectives accomplishment in the department. Follow Up for required assistance of the Quality Superintendent meeting, when is required, as Operations Meeting, Quality Teams Meetings, or others important to assist. To support Customer Service for any program when is required, specially, when QE is not available for a specific area. To follow up and assist Quality Management activities as back up, when Quality Manager is not available for vacation, illness, customer meetings, business trip, Top Management meetings. Planning and follow up for Quality Superintendent successor in the organization as part for team’s development. Ensure and follow up for the use of IQS related to Quality Complaints, and 8D scoring format. Monitors any quality cost as RMAs, Containment Cost, Scrap, Complaint’s related cost, Customer Chargeback, Debit notes, in order that are always communicated on time, provisioned, and tracked. Follow Up the Customer Scorecards in a daily basis. Follow Up and Ensure Proper Gages and Equipment conditions and 5S thru daily floor walks with Quality Engineers and Quality Technician To Ensure and follow up that all required documentation is available and in proper manner in the Quality Inspection Stations Follow Up items identified in Quick Response boards as QE responsibility, as well as other metrics required in line.
