In projects that shape the industry.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee brand-aligned social media strategies across multiple platforms.Lead the Social Media Manager team to ensure delivery aligns with the strategy and meets each client's delivery standards.Guarantee the smooth execution of media campaigns.Oversee the delivery of key performance metrics, monitor reports, and recommend optimizations.Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, content) to maintain brand consistency.Collaborate with new business to acquire or retain clients.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Stay up-to-date with social media trends and innovations to enhance brand value.Requirements5+ years of experience in similar roles.It’s a plus if you have experience in a social marketing agency.Live and have the right to work in México.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Fluency in English and Spanish is required.Passionate about the social media environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
