Position:Bilingual Spanish STEM Expert Type:Contract Compensation:$38–$43/hour Commitment:20 hours/week Duration:1 month Role Responsibilities Design and optimizeSTEM-based promptsinSpanishand/or English. Create detailed prompts with multiple constraints and scientific instructions. Define and document evaluation standards. Establish expectations for correct responses in STEM contexts. Develop rubrics for scientific rigor and linguistic clarity inSpanish . Conduct model testing and grading. Run prompts through models and assess outputs for scientific accuracy and reasoning quality. CompareSpanish vs. Englishoutputs. Support benchmarking and quality assurance. Collaborate in QA processes to ensure scientific rigor and consistency inSpanish-languagebenchmarks.
