Unit Turnover Coordinator Needed for a Fast Growing Chicago Property Management CompanyThis role is not for everyone. Are you someone who holds vendors accountable, takes initiative, and wants to be rewarded for results?CompensationSalary: $10.00 USD per hour Monthly Bonus: Performance based bonus opportunity of up to 20% Google Reviews: Earn $25 USD for each positive Google review that calls you out by name Book Club: Up to $500 annually toward approved reading Referral Program: Bring someone great aboard and pocket a $1,000 bonus Paid Time Off: 10 days of accrued PTO each year Paid Birthday: Your birthday month includes a paid day off, your choice of the day Paid Holidays: 7 company paid holidays throughout the yearWe have a currency exchange rate program in place so your pay stays fair and competitive no matter where you are based.What You Bring To The TableExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 or C2 level required) A minimum of 3 years coordinating vendors, subs, and general contractors in residential property management Direct experience managing unit turnovers from start to finish Solid understanding of repair scopes, pricing, and timelines in residential settings Full time availability, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, working remotely A capable computer (i3 processor minimum, 8 GB RAM), dependable high speed internet, webcam, and microphone Proficiency with email, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and property management software Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while staying organized and detail orientedWhat You Will DoSchedule and facilitate move out walkthroughs with inspectors to document unit condition Develop a line item scope of work and assign accurate pricing based on inspection results Submit the scope to the property owner for sign off and secure payment before work starts Manage vendor completion of all scope items and verify quality through a follow up inspection All the small and big tasks you need to do to support getting this flow down Deliver the rent ready unit to the leasing team in full compliance with GC Property StandardsWho Are We?GC Realty & Development is a residential property management firm based in Chicago with a track record that landed us on the INC 5000 list.
