That's why our customers rely on Molex to help them master change and create the most important breakthroughs through powerful innovation, engineering excellence, end-to-end supply chain optimization, and world-class manufacturing capabilities.DescriptionThis position works with other Customs leads and Customs Manager to help them in specific activities related to establish, deploy an execute reports, analysis, audits for import and export processes related to the IMMEX (Maquiladora), Control company certifications as Vat certification (CIVA) and supply chain security (OEA).**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate with COE for weekly reports for new part numbers created to confirm HTS code.- Monthly reports for compliance audits. (DataStage).- Monthly reports for the correct legal compliance (INEGI validations, CIVA, OEA, customer/supplier report, etc).- Integration and updating of compliance legal files requirements for certifications: IMMEX, CIVA, OEA, PROSEC.- Gather Positive Opinions document from Vendor’s and Customers (SAT opiniones positivas)- Execute and coordinate audits for external vendors, authorities or departments.- This position manages or provides guidance to other Customs & Trade Leads, to Consultants in logistics and Customs departmentsWhat will you bring to the role- Knowledge level expert in IMMEX Maquiladora regulations.- Working knowledge of SAP Transactions.- Knowledge level expert in Customs audit processes.- Knowledge level expert in Customs certifications (VAT & OEA)- High knowledge in HTS classification, Origin Qualification process.- High knowledge of import-export requirements.Molex is proud to operate in more than 40 countries, providing more than 45,000 jobs to the communities we serve.
