**Your Job**Are you passionate about fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and engagement in the workplace? As a Communication and Labor Relations Manager, you will lead and manage internal communication strategies and labor relations initiatives that align with organizational goals, ensure compliance, and strengthen the connection between employees and management. This role is critical in driving employee engagement and promoting a collaborative, inclusive workplace environment.**Our Team**This role is part of the DSS division, based in Guadalajara, and reports to the HR Operations Manager. Our team works across all departments of the company, focusing on creating meaningful connections and ensuring alignment between employees and management. We collaborate to uphold company values and drive engagement across the organization.**What You Will Do**- Develop and implement labor relations strategies, including collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration.- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and collective bargaining agreements while advising leadership on labor-related risks and trends.- Design and execute engaging internal communication plans to support business objectives, cultural alignment, audits, certifications, and organizational initiatives.- Lead employee engagement programs, including activities, cultural events, and special promotions, to enhance workplace experience.- Manage media materials to promote and enhance the company's branding, including internal and external communications.- Collaborate with HR and leadership on change management initiatives and ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Industrial Relations, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in labor relations and internal communications, preferably in a manufacturing or unionized environment.- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and collective bargaining processes.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.- English proficiency level B2 (Advanced Independent User).**What Will Put You Ahead**- Master's degree or specialty in Communication, Administrative Sciences, Psychology, or Education.- Experience with ISO standards, NOM 035, and workplace compliance frameworks.- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.- Strategic thinking with high emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.- Creativity, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills, including a service attitude and sense of urgency.**Who We Are**LI-JR3
