Your Job Join our team at Molex as a Fixed Assets Senior Analyst in El Salto, Jalisco and contribute meaningfully to our operations by ensuring the effective analysis, control, and management of CAPEX, fixed assets, and Construction in Progress (CIP). What You Will Do Lead weekly CIP Control meetings, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and effective resource utilization. Provide comprehensive reports on the status of fixed assets to our leadership team, offering strategic insights for decision-making. Oversee the capitalization of fixed assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with finance regulations. Manage the CAPEX budget, including the approval of expenditure requests in SAP, overseeing budget releases and adherence to financial thresholds Control physical fixed assets by conducting physical inventories of fixed assets, ensuring proper tagging, and maintaining meticulous documentation for asset tracking and control. Represent the finance team during statutory audits / US Gaap. Respond promptly to inquiries from shared services, demonstrating your commitment to teamwork and effective communication. Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs by following all approved practices and procedures, performing clean-up activities and identify/recommend improvements to management. Actively contribute to our continuous improvement culture by identifying opportunities for process enhancement. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Experience managing fixed assets or CAPEX Analyst or General Ledger or similar. Experience managing accounting/financial reports within an ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup & pivot tables) Experience managing accounting/financial reports in SAP Additionally, everyone has individual work and personal needs.
