Your Job As a Fixed Assets Analyst at Molex 1, you will be responsible for the analysis, control, and management of the company’s fixed assets portfolio. You will ensure compliance with policies, support CAPEX budgeting processes, and maintain accurate physical asset records. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize asset utilization and support financial integrity. Our Team You will join the Finance Area, working alongside Finance Business Partners, Finance Managers, Operations Managers, Engineers, and Technicians. The team is dedicated to delivering precise financial controls and supporting capital investment projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You Will Do Lead weekly CIP control meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to oversee CAPEX activities. Capitalize fixed assets according to company policies and accounting standards. Manage CAPEX budget administration including approvals, SAP budget releases, and threshold management. Perform physical fixed assets control: tagging, inventory counts, and documentation tracking. Support statutory audits related to fixed assets by providing required documentation and explanations. Handle fixed assets-related requests through shared service channels. Prepare and present detailed reports on fixed assets status to management. Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean initiatives by promoting best practices and recommending improvements. Execute any additional duties assigned by management related to fixed assets and CAPEX control. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field. Experience in fixed assets control or related financial analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. English proficiency at B1-B2 level. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. What Will Put You Ahead Prior experience specifically in manufacturing or industrial fixed assets control. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems for budget and asset management. Familiarity with 5S, EHS, Lean, or Quality programs. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
