Job Summary As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead a focused engineering team building mission-critical communication systems on a cloud-native platform utilizing Golang, React, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, MySQL, Elastic, and Google Pub/Sub. You will oversee project delivery, facilitate collaboration, and ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities Manage delivery through sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. Define, prioritize, and scope tasks clearly. Track progress and proactively manage risks. Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders. Resolve blockers and coordinate dependencies. Maintain documentation, including JIRA boards and technical notes. Promote team health and focus on high-quality, consistent delivery. Participate in release planning and ensure feature readiness for deployment. Qualifications and Requirements 5+ years of experience in technical project management, agile delivery, or engineering program management. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SaaS, or product-driven organizations. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery pipelines. Proven ability to manage sprint execution, velocity tracking, and reporting. Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
