Direct message the job poster from Molex Your Job As a Process Engineer at Molex, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing projects of various scales. You will manage process and product performance, skillfully handling risk analysis and budget management. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your focus will be on achieving excellence for our clients. You will work alongside a team driven by principles that consistently challenge the status quo, collaborating across multiple functions within operations, development, and transformative capabilities to create mutual benefits. What You Will Do Design and develop engineering projects based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Scrap, OTD, OEE, QNs, and audit or evaluation findings. Closely monitor ongoing work or improvements, ensuring initial planning is met and requirements are adhered to. Prevent risks by developing key process measurements. Manage production runs to optimize or assess improvements in tooling or technologies. Collaborate with internal and external professionals across various areas of expertise. Systematically document progress and any emerging setbacks. Administer projects using Gantt charts or other task management systems, and manage changes in routines and materials via SAP. Optimize PCBA processes, including SMT and Backend. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Completed degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience as a Process Engineer, focusing on project design and development in electronics, including runs and changes in electronic manufacturing (PCBs/Manual Assemblies). Advanced conversational English skills. Knowledge in risk mitigation and continuous improvement. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and self-direction skills.
