Reliability Excellence Leader Drive the implementation of strategies to reduce downtime and optimize manufacturing operations. Job Description: As a Reliability Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance plant performance and optimize equipment reliability. You will drive strategies to reduce downtime and improve efficiency, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge predictive maintenance tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the Reliability Excellence strategy to achieve Zero Maintenance Downtime. Optimize planned maintenance processes by applying root cause analysis to eliminate repetitive issues. Manage maintenance budgets and support capital projects to ensure seamless operational integration and maintainability. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as key certifications. Mentor and develop a team of professionals aligned with Goodyear's values and business goals. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics) and 5-10 years of technical experience in industrial environments. You must have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as fluency in English and technical expertise in industrial maintenance.
