Your Job As the OCM Specialist, you will play a key role in leading Molex through the organizational changes necessary for the successful deployment of the “One Molex” Fusion team initiative. You will identify and manage change impacts, support role mapping, and drive site-specific training and communication efforts to align employees with the future state ways of working. Our Team You will be part of the DSS division, working closely with the Fusion team, Training Coordinators, and various site stakeholders to ensure smooth organizational change and training adoption at Molex El Salto location. What You Will Do Lead the integration of the Supervisor role and PBM™ principles within the Fusion deployment framework. Identify and manage end-users involved in Fusion, supporting the role mapping and selection processes. Define training needs, curate content, and coordinate logistics to deliver targeted, site-specific training programs. Facilitate training sessions, monitor attendance, and support ongoing learning beyond initial deployment. Collaborate with Lean, Quality, EHS, and 5S initiatives to promote continuous improvement and safety adherence. Track and report Fusion training activities in accordance with local processes. Recommend improvements to management based on observations and feedback during deployment. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience in organizational development, communications, or instructional design. Proficient English skills (C1 level) to effectively communicate across diverse teams. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and tools for training content development (e.g., Canvas, Articulate, Adobe Illustrator). Strong communication strategies and ability to apply quality tools relevant to the role. What Will Put You Ahead Diploma or formal education in Organizational Development. Experience leading or supporting change management projects, preferably within electronics manufacturing or similar industries. Ability to manage and follow up on sudden or systemic issues with corrective actions until resolution. Familiarity with Lean, EHS, and Quality program integration.
