DescriptionAbout the TeamWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead global customer programs from our El Salto location. This role is critical in ensuring successful program execution, cross-functional collaboration, and customer satisfaction. What you can look forward to as Program Manager? Lead complex automotive or commercial vehicle programs using ZF’s standard Program Management methodologies, including GDPEP.Drive profitability and change through strong business acumen and strategic leadership.Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, timing, and specification targets.Serve as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, internal departments, and external partners.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with program goals.Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage baseline changes throughout the project lifecycle.Navigate challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism, both internally and externally.Ensure effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and timely reporting to decision-makers. Your Profile as Program Manager Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; project management certification is a plus.Proven experience in program/project management within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.Strong leadership and team motivation skills.Proficiency in project planning tools and methodologies.Ability to manage customer expectations and communicate effectively with senior leadership.Deep understanding of business operations and customer relationship management.Skilled in resource planning and change management.
