What you can look forward to as Quality Engineer? Proficiency in metallographic sample preparation and analysis.Understanding of failure mechanisms: fatigue, corrosion, wear, overload, etc.Experience with fractography using optical and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).Familiarity with destructive and non-destructive testing methods (e.g., tensile, hardness, impact, ultrasonic, dye penetrant).Ability to interpret and apply standards such as ASTM, ISO, and NMX.Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment. Your Profile as Quality Engineer: Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in: Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields.1–3 years of hands-on experience in a materials testing or metallurgical laboratory.Proven experience in analyzing failures in metallic and polymeric components.Operation and maintenance of lab equipment: cutting machines, mounting presses, polishing units, microscopes, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.Ability to manage multiple samples and prioritize tasks effectively.Good written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
