What You Will Do Lead comprehensive financial analyses and decision-support activities to optimize the BU’s profitability. Oversee Variable Overhead (VOH) and Fixed Overhead (FOH) expenditures—identify deviations and recommend corrective actions. Perform cost absorption Analysis and ensure correct allocation of costs. Partner closely with the plant operations team to achieve production and efficiency targets. Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to ensure alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Generate value-creation proposals through shop-floor evaluations and continuous improvement walkthroughs. Prepare detailed monthly plant performance reports, P& and cost variance analyses. Review and adjust month-end journal entries for Materials, Direct Labor, VOH, and FOH. Define cost-allocation methodologies in collaboration with operations and costing teams. Provide reliable financial insights to the Operations team and play an active role in CAPEX and OPEX investment projects. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Conversational proficiency in English. Minimum of five years’ experience in cost accounting and financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SAP or similar for generating and managing financial and accounting reports. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Solid understanding of price/overhead variances (POV, PPV), scrap control, and standard-cost calculation/audit. Proven ability to create, interpret, and leverage reports for operational monitoring and control.
