Strategic Plant Finance Director

Finance Leader Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Leader to drive financial performance and control costs in strategic plant operations. Lead the finance team to shift financial forecasting from AOP focus to dynamic cost control throughout the year. Collaborate with engineering on capex planning and execution. Manage plant capital financial control, including investment lookbacks and monthly reporting. Analyze data using Power Steering for monthly reports. Implement financial analysis tools to monitor and improve plant performance. Partner with operations leaders to drive cost-reduction initiatives. Prepare business cases for capital investments and tax abatement negotiations. Support the plant in global financial processes. Provide CI support and verification of initiatives. Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; MBA or relevant postgraduate is a plus. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, with strong exposure to plant operations. Advanced knowledge of financial planning, analysis, business case modeling, and manufacturing cost control. Experience working with SAP, Hyperion, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Power Steering). Strong analytical and communication skills to influence operational decision-making. English proficiency: 80% or higher.
