Fixed Assets Financial Analyst

About the Role Lead fixed assets accounting activities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Maintain accurate capital reporting, supporting cash flow management and asset lifecycle efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee CAPEX projects, segregating costs between capitalized and expensed items. Monitor and report on capital and operating expenditures. Maintain up-to-date cost reports to track project scope and financial performance. Coordinate project close-out activities, including asset capitalization and release to production. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification and/or a master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, project accounting or auditing. Experience working with cross-functional teams and consolidating financial data from multiple sources. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data. Knowledge of GAAP principles. Professional proficiency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension).
