Location: El Salto PlantGoodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: SONIA NIETO Primary Purpose of the Position: Ensure compliance with Safety & Environmental Mexican Regulation and all EHS standards established by Goodyear. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits on EHS. Follow up on all findings until 100% closure. Release work permits for machinery and equipment. Inspect emergency and safety devices. Interpret and ensure compliance with the law. Contribute to and encourage compliance with plant and department objectives. Participate in PEC subcommittee. Ensure compliance with KPIs of the assigned area. Develop activities to prevent incidents. Participate in evacuation drills. Investigate incidents. Participate as part of the emergency brigadiers team. Lead the safety committee (CSH). Audit and maintain current documentation for PEC model machines. Follow the strategic plan of Goodyear. Participate in ISO 14001 implementation. Conduct LPA audits. Implement and monitor WPO in work areas. Create and update procedures and formats in compliance with standards. Develop campaigns to train and promote safety among new brigadiers. Participate in safety tool implementation and follow up on findings. Follow up on LSP. Review and approve Job Safety Analyses (JSA). Participate in DMS activities. Education: Engineering or bachelor's degree. Experience: 1 – 3 years. Knowledge: Mexican safety, health, and environmental regulation. 5S methodology. Basic Office package skills.
