Your Job As the Site Continuous Improvement Leader, you will champion our Molex Operating System to drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, cultivate a culture of innovation, and deliver measurable improvements—from quick “just do it” solutions to transformational initiatives. Our Team You will report to the Site Director/Operations Manager and work alongside Safety, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders. Our Operations Excellence team is dedicated to embedding Lean principles into every value stream and empowering frontline leaders to solve problems at the source. What You Will Do • Lead the deployment and continuous enhancement of our operating system (people, process, technology) to achieve site KPIs • Coach and mentor frontline leaders on Lean tools—Six Sigma, Kaizen, Gemba walks, root-cause analysis, mistake proofing—and foster problem-solving capability • Facilitate value-stream mapping, rapid-improvement events, and design efforts that optimize flow and reduce waste • Build and manage a balanced pipeline of innovation projects (from incremental improvements to transformational initiatives) • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and playbooks to monitor performance, identify gaps, and sustain gains • Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to implement and sustain solutions Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or process environment • Proven track record leading Lean/Six Sigma projects (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) • Strong data-analysis skills and ability to interpret performance metrics • Excellent communication and influence skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams What Will Put You Ahead • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (active or inactive) • PMP or equivalent project-management certification • Experience deploying MOS, DBS, TPS, or similar operating systems • Proficiency with digital tools: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, process-mapping software At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
