Sr. HR Manager - Operations

Overview As the Sr. HR Operations Manager, you will lead the HR Operations teams at the Guadalajara 1 site, driving the development and execution of administrative human resources functions that align with and support the company’s business objectives. You will partner closely with plant and department leaders to translate business strategy into tailored HR solutions, while spearheading continuous improvement, change management, and transformation initiatives within HR. Our Team You will be an integral part of the DSS division and work in close partnership with all levels of leadership across Molex Guadalajara 1 and the broader HR organization. Our collaborative HR team connects with HR solutions and leverages capability teams across Mexico, North America, and globally—delivering comprehensive support to our operations. What You Will Do Collaborate with plant and department leaders to understand business strategy and develop HR strategies that support these goals Lead continuous improvement, change, and transformation efforts within HR functions Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain motivated talent Manage Time & Attendance systems ensuring accurate tracking and reporting Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to maintain marketplace competitiveness Provide guidance on labor and employment relations, including grievance resolution, discipline, investigations, union relations, and collective bargaining negotiation support Coordinate training and development programs to promote employee skill enhancement and career growth Lead employee communications to ensure clear, consistent messaging organization-wide Support employee mobility initiatives such as relocations and other related needs Monitor and enhance employee engagement to foster a positive workplace culture Utilize HR data and analytics to inform business decision-making Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in a relevant field 10+ years of experience in a Sr. HR managerial role or managerial operations role (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain) within a multinational manufacturing environment Proven experience in managing HR operations, employee relations, and talent acquisition Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex labor relations issues What Will Put You Ahead Master’s degree or advanced professional qualification 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry Experience leading HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives Expertise in labor union relations and collective bargaining processes At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
