Labor Relations Expert

About this role We are seeking an experienced labor relations expert to lead labor relations activities in our plant. This role ensures compliance with local laws and fosters strong relationships with union representatives and employees. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of labor regulations, proven experience in unionized environments, and can partner with leadership to drive fair labor relations strategies. Key responsibilities: Lead labor relations activities, including negotiations and collective bargaining agreements. Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and collective agreements. Develop strong relationships with union leaders, employee representatives, and internal stakeholders. Act as a strategic advisor on labor relations matters, providing guidance and recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, law, industrial relations, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in human resources with a focus on labor relations in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience working with unions and collective bargaining in Mexico. In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor law and regulatory frameworks. Preferred qualifications: Experience in multinational manufacturing companies. Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactical plans.
