Partner closely with Plant Managers to foster cultural evolution, leadership development, and talent acquisition. Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize HR processes. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong background in organizational development, strategic HR practices, and talent management. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership to drive business results. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
