Your Job:Join Molex as a Senior Project Financial Controller and drive financial excellence in automotive innovation. In this pivotal role, you'll lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align strategic efforts within our automotive programs. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in fostering excellence in financial processes, grounded in Principle Based Management (PBM).Our Team:You will be part of a dynamic team within Molex's automotive division, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and efficiency. Together, we focus on elevating financial performance and strategic alignment to ensure our automotive programs excel on a global scale.What You Will Do:- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that enhance profitability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial automotive TIER 1 programs to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations.- Develop and maintain forecasts for automotive TIER 1 programs, utilizing rigorous analysis to support informed decision-making.- Implement a robust cost control system, ensuring alignment with forecasts and strategic plans.- Partner with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement and drive excellence, leveraging PBM principles.- Mentor and train teams on financial management and business excellence methodologies.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, business excellence, or related roles within the automotive Tier 1 environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.What Will Put You Ahead:- Advanced degree or professional certifications such as CMA, CCP.- Master's degree in a related field.- Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives and process improvement efforts.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Who We Are:Molex, a Koch Company, is a global electronics leader committed to making our world a better, more-connected place.
