Based in Culiacán, you’ll manage a portfolio averaging $40 million monthly, with a strong focus on Casa Ley.This is a great opportunity to drive commercial strategy, lead high‑impact negotiations, and bring financial acumen to the heart of customer development, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and shaping the future of our RTM execution.A Taste Of What You’ll Be DoingLead Strategic Account Management – Own the commercial strategy for Casa Ley and Calimax, ensuring volume, net sales, gross margin, and flawless execution of the 5Ps.Drive Negotiation Excellence – Lead direct, high‑stakes negotiations with traditional retail partners, balancing assertiveness with strategic alignment.Manage Financial Planning – Administer budgets, read and interpret P &L statements, and make data-driven decisions to optimize account performance.Execute Field & Store Strategy – Supervise store performance, define action plans, and ensure top-tier customer service and execution in the field.Deliver Business Reviews – Conduct regular business reviews, identify gaps, and adjust plans to ensure alignment with growth objectives.We’re Looking for Someone WithBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience managing Casa Ley is a must have.Strong financial acumen and ability to read and analyze P &L statements.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, data analysis, presentations).Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and pressure management skills.Ability to self-manage, organize, and control operational tasks.Willingness to travel (40% field / 60% office), including occasional visits to Calimax in Tijuana.What’s Next After you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
