Department: General Industrial Sales DepartmentLocation: Tecate, MexicoJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales BD to join our team in Tecate, Mexico. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the North American market by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with the Tecate factory to ensure successful project execution.Website: Responsibilities:1.Business Development:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers in North America.Lead the Sales BD team to develop tailored customer acquisition strategies.Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts to uncover business opportunities and secure RFQs.Lead the team in navigating the supplier approval process and securing project awards.2.Project Management:Oversee the entire project lifecycle for designated accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of samples.Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Project, Production, Quality) to meet customer requirements.Address customer feedback and manage changes to ensure projects transition smoothly to mass production.3.Customer Relationship Management:Develop and execute comprehensive account management plans for key customers.Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through effective communication and personalized service.4.Additional Duties:Demonstrate high levels of responsibility and execution to complete ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by senior management.Qualifications:1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.2.Professional Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility and mission, proactive and resilient in facing business challenges, excellent project management and communication skills, ability to work effectively in cross-departmental and cross-regional environments.3.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing sector, with at least 3 years of experience in key account development or management in the metal manufacturing industry in North America.4.Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fastener or stamping industry, including product knowledge, manufacturing processes, technical standards, and market trends. Familiarity with North American sales management systems and commercial contract regulations.5.Skills: Native Spanish speaker with strong business communication skills. Proficiency in English or Chinese for daily work communication. Minimum 2 years of safe driving experience. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient document handling, data analysis, and presentations.
