The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, compensation & benefits, disciplinary action, staffing, communication and learning & development.General Responsibilities- Labor relations: Responsible for ensuring a fair and equitable work environment, complying with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Individual Contracts, as well as internal policies and procedures in the area of Human Resources. - Actively partner with business and functional leaders to establish, implement and monitor short term and long-term strategies for driving business results. - Provides advice on issues, including but not limited to: comp & ben, payroll, training & staffing. - Develops department goals, objectives and systems. - Identify and be involved in the creation and implementation of updated processes and make any recommendations to the company based on findings. - Keeps abreast of state, federal and local regulations and communicates impact to HR management. - Oversee the correct administration of wages & benefits within the organization. - Responsible for ensuring the success of the different HR audit processes (STPS audits, IATF, ISO14001, Client audits). - Management of area KPIs.Experience / Qualifications- 6 or more years as HR Manager in manufacturing environment - Proficient in English - University degree required - Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members - Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands - Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation - Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results - Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) & Tress System
