Role ObjectiveServe as the CEO’s right-hand partner for commercial strategy and execution in the day-to-day operation. This person ensures commercial initiatives are executed, builds scalable processes, optimizes pricing and margin, and keeps the sales + post-sales teams aligned and accountable.Key Competencies• Strategic yet hands-on — lives in the numbers and on the sales floor.• Skilled in revenue operations, forecasting, and margin optimization.• Strong leadership and coaching skills for sales and account management teams. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.Responsibilities• Build and run daily commercial dashboards and reporting.• Drive initiatives to increase revenue per client, client base and improve retention.• Support CEO in strategic pricing, hiring decisions, and resource allocation.• Lead pipeline reviews, sales huddles, and post-sales follow-up processes.• Identify process gaps and implement automation or AI solutions to optimize efficiency.Ideal Background• 7+ years in commercial or revenue operations (BPO or CX industry a plus).• Experience managing small-to-medium sales or account teams.• Deep knowledge of KPIs: conversion rates, CAC/LTV, seat utilization, gross margin.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced nearshore environment with direct CEO collaboration.
