Únete a la Familia Navistar México como Purchasing Program Manager.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura terminada (Titulado)- Mínimo de 2-4 años de experiência en compras.- Conocimiento en Purchasing/Procurement.- Inglés Avanzado INDISPENSABLE.Conocimiento en:- Performs activities related to the purchasing of materials, equipment and services for internal company use.- Implements and communicates company policies and procedures for purchasing.- Reviews purchase requests for completeness and compliance with company requirements; negotiates with vendors and approves purchases of authorized amounts or size.- Maintains and updates purchasing orders, systems, and documentation.- Monitors the cost, schedule and performance metrics of contracts and subcontracts.**Skills**:- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.- Excellent project management, organizational, communication and presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, anticipate and solve problems, prioritize workloads and shift resources as needed- Ability to quickly learn new concepts- Previous experience managing small product development programs/projects or supporting large product development programs/projects- Familiarity with truck and/or Engine products and components is desirable**Responsibilities**:- To effectively manage and support Procurement requirements for product implementation, and program launches from initiation through delivery while interfacing with internal customers and department personnel.- Represent Procurement on Program Teams for small programs- Communicate program information to Procurement organization and ensure Procurement assignments are completed to support program goals- Facilitates overall sourcing, quoting, target cost, tooling and supports part readiness.- Collaborate with Category Management and Tooling teams on piece cost and tooling targets to drive more cost-effective solutions- Anticipate potential problems, be pro-active and manage changes to ensure projects are on time and within budget- Must be a skilled Problem-solver who follows through on implementation- Prepare and deliver informative and persuasive presentations to large groups, cross-functional teams and Executive audiences- Must be comfortable with Public Speaking- Analyze product costs, understand underlying cost drivers and implement cost reduction initiatives to maximize savings- Build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors and management- Procurement liaison to Quality, Service Parts, Manufacturing, and EngineeringOfrecemos:- Atractivo sueldo y prestaciones superiores a la ley.- Excelente ambiente de trabajo, crecimiento y desarrollo profesional.- Trabajo estable, contrato de planta y contratación directa por Navistar.- Modalidad híbrida.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $34,000.00 - $44,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 66050, Escobedo, N.
