Transportation Logistics Coordinator Role Effective transportation logistics coordination is crucial for meeting customer delivery expectations and driving business growth. We seek a skilled Transportation Logistics Coordinator to oversee the efficient flow of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining optimal stock levels. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of each shipment for a 5-year period to facilitate smooth audit trails and data analysis. Manage the procurement and inventory control of security seals for transport units to prevent losses and maintain compliance. Coordinate documentation related to shipping processes and regulatory requirements to minimize delays and errors. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and following up on corrective actions in a timely manner. Generate shipment documents and deliver them to external warehouses or internal locations, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) indicator compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance. Prepare shipment reports and ranking orders by time to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes. Support operational issues and provide daily logistics assistance to ensure continuous process improvement and maximum efficiency. About You: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research. At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Windows operating systems, with expertise in data analysis and problem-solving tools. Intermediate level of English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders. Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems is desirable but not essential.
