Plant Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Plant Operations Specialist to join our team in General Escobedo. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of plant systems and equipment, as well as implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Key Responsibilities: Management of technical documentation and spare parts inventory. Analysis of plant operations and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in plant operations and maintenance. Experience in foundry operations is desirable. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, strategic thinking, and customer focus. The selected candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in plant operations and maintenance. Experience in foundry operations is desirable.
