Participate in manufacturing and continuous improvement processes. Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Support the introduction of new products. Contribute to process optimization projects. What are we looking for? Recent Engineering Graduates. (all specialties related to manufacturing) +6 months of experience in a manufacturing role. (full time positions or internships) Fluent in English Ability to build relationships and work in a team. Creativity to propose innovative solutions to different challenges.
