The Role: Source, qualify and submit candidates to the best US-based startups with AI Tools and enterprise systems (LinkedIn Recruiter etc) Pitch the “story” of a startup to candidates (the problem they solve, product they build, the role they want to fill, etc) Manage candidate pipelines Collaborate with internal match relevant team members including sales, sourcers, recruiters, and founders. The Experience: 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with US companies Experience with email outreach, sequence building Knowledge of modern technology stacks Organized and responsive Entrepreneurial mindset, always willing to learn
