Ability to coordinate and communicate well with customer relations for any issues or new requirements. Good functional understanding and strong experience in EDI ANSI, EDIFACT, VDA standards. Should have good knowledge in creating trading partner envelopes for inbound and outbound maps in Sterling Integrator. Working experience on Service-now tool and Agile methodology. Experience on trading/business partner onboarding. Working on administrative activities for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator such as monitoring database pool usage, purge services and updating custom property files. Knowledge of system version upgrade and patch updates. Configuration of protocol based on trading partner choice such as FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTP/HTTPS, VAN, OFTP, SMTP and establishing communication between both parties. Experience in setting up secure communication with the help of configuration of digital certificates. Must have worked on at least 3 EDI projects. Good knowledge of Sterling Integrator Gateway.
