Key Responsibilities Transportation of Directors & Staff: Safely and efficiently transport Barclays executives and staff to meetings, events, and other appointments, ensuring timely arrivals. Vehicle Maintenance & Care: Ensure the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition, regularly cleaned, and properly fueled. Conduct basic vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness. Delivery Support: Assist with the delivery of documents, packages, or other materials to various locations in a timely and professional manner. Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient and safe routes within the city, ensuring prompt and accurate travel to meetings or deliveries. Professionalism & Presentation: Always maintain a high level of personal presentation and professionalism when interacting with directors, staff, and external stakeholders. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies while driving. Report any incidents or concerns promptly.
