If you are looking for growth opportunities and a career path, we are your best option. • Department responsible for developing solutions related to warehousing and copacking services, through active participation in analysis, design, and implementation. • Regional team (LATAM) with global support and networking. Requirements At least 1 year in a supervisory position or experience in logistics, consulting, distribution, and supply chain. Advanced proficiency in English. Proficiency in MS Office tools is mandatory. Teamwork, proactive attitude, effective communication, visibility, innovation, ethics, and integrity. Responsibilities Lead work streams for new business and organizational growth, managing critical tasks, risks, issues, assumptions, and mitigations. Provide warehousing solutions that add value through specific methodologies, analytic tools, and sector expertise (consumer, retail, pharma, auto, technology, etc.). Ensure customer projects, activities, plans, and processes meet deadlines and quality standards, including data analysis, solution design, and proposal development. Engage with staff across departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Business Development, IT, Transportation) to gather information for optimal solution design. Maintain collaborative relationships with customers to understand their priorities and validate proposals. Develop solution proposals and create high-level presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Participate in and follow up on awarded projects from startup to go-live.
