This department develops solutions related to warehousing and copacking services through active participation in analysis, design, and implementation. Requirements • 1+ years of experience in a supervision role or in logistics, consulting, distribution, or supply chain management.• Advanced proficiency in English.• Mandatory MS Office tools proficiency.• Ability to work in a team.• Proactive attitude.• Effective communication skills.• Visibility and ability to engage stakeholders.• Innovative mindset.• Strong ethics and integrity. Responsibilities • Lead work streams for new business development and organizational growth, managing critical tasks, risks, issues, assumptions, and mitigations.• Provide warehousing solutions that add value through specific methodologies and analytic tools, developing expertise across sectors such as consumer, retail, pharma, auto, and technology.• Ensure that customer projects, activities, plans, and processes meet expected deadlines and quality standards, including data analysis, solution design, and proposals.• Collaborate with staff from HR, Finance, Operations, Business Development, IT, Transportation, and other departments to develop optimal solutions.• Maintain collaborative relationships with customers to understand their priorities and validate proposals.• Develop solution proposals and create high-level presentations for internal and external management.• Participate in and follow up on awarded projects from startup through to go-live.
