Work assignments may be complex in nature and require considerable judgment, discussion, creativity, and initiative to complete tasks and resolve problems on a timely basis.**What You’ll Do**- Assist Site Director with planning and coordination of programs and their activities.- Performs standard, advanced, and confidential administrative tasks for the Queretaro management team. This includes but is not limited to assimilating data and communication from a variety of internal and external sources into reports and presentation formats for management, coordinating on and off-site meetings, and coordinating site visits by Abbott -US and other OUS personnel and other external groups (i.e. government, private, and academic groups)- Monitor implementation of program policies and practices. Work to keep programs on schedule, within stated budgets and functioning smoothly. Support program growth and development as necessary.- Acts as a liaison between internal departments and external agencies. This may include scheduling visits and managing certain contractual arrangements.- Assists management in facility-wide communications. This includes planning meetings, drafting and disseminating materials, creating procedures and materials for Management Operating System (MOS) and to support Operational Excellence program.- Participates/leads in plant wide projects as assigned. This includes but is not limited to administrative “continuous improvement” projects, employee events, and managing contracts with external vendors.- Assists management in the annual budgeting process.- Other duties as assigned.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree - Business or equivalent education- 4+ years of experience in similar position - project management- Proficient in English- Available to work full time on site.**Preferred Qualifications**- Must have knowledge of computer systems including Word, Power Point, Excel, Project Management, and Outlook.- Must be willing to manage detailed projects, present timelines, and manage accept direction from various management personnel.- Demonstrated experience managing executive/staff level positions including organization of external visits/events, communication with external stakeholders, etc.- Experience in manufacturing/operations environmentsFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
