Quality Systems Engineer Department: Global Quality Employment Type: Full Time Location: Fresnillo Description Mission:The Quality Systems Engineer is responsible for delivering a World Class Quality Management system in compliance with regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and internal procedures. This role supports continuous improvement efforts and plays a key part in audits, documentation control, risk management, and quality data analysis. Outcomes: 1. 100% compliance to ISO 90012. Lead IEC teams to deliver monthly increases of the Say:Do ratio of KPIs in first year.3. Deliver at least 3 successful projects with measurable quality or efficiency gains in first year.4. Resolve >90% of internal/external CARs within defined lead time5. Conduct assigned trainings with 100% on time completion.6. Execute a full review and update of all QMS documents with process owners in the first year. Role Competencies: 1. Internal quality auditing experience - Experienced in conducting internal audits to ISO standards, identifying non-conformities, and driving corrective actions.2. Detail Oriented - Meticulous in documenting systems, procedures, and compliance requirements.3. Computer proficiency - Skilled in Microsoft Office, and QMS software for data analysis, documentation, and reporting.4. English Professional Proficiency - Able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.5. Manufacturing Experience -Must have the knowledge of standard manufacturing business processes.6. Analytical Thinking - Skilled at data analysis, root cause identification, and process evaluation.7. Problem Solving -Proactively addresses issues using structured problem-solving methods (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).8.
