Human Resources Business Partner The Human Resources Business Partner plays a key role in implementing Human Resources policies, practices, and processes aligned with the organizational strategy. This involves ensuring a strong connection between business needs and employee expectations, driving talent development, organizational efficiency, and achievement of key performance indicators and departmental objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Refine Team Structures and Job Descriptions Manage Organizational Design and Resource Allocation Strategies Implement Talent Development Plans and Succession Roadmaps Oversee Employee Compensation and Benefits Programs Ensure Effective Compensation Policy Implementation and Compliance Cultivate a Positive Organizational Culture and Climate Collaborate with Union Committees and Promote Labor Relations Best Practices Monitor Key People Metrics and HR Performance Indicators Support Ongoing Improvement Initiatives and Process Optimization Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources) Advanced Technical Skills: Change Management, Organizational Culture, Compensation and Benefits Certifications, Organizational Design, Labor Relations Language: Advanced English Proficiency Required Experience: 4-6 Years in Human Resources, 2-3 Years in Plant or Industrial Environment, 1.5-2 Years in Labor Relations/Case Management, 1-2 Years in Talent Management and Development
