EHS Professional - Compliance & Sustainability

Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives. As the EHS Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance across various sites. About the Role The EHS Program Manager reports directly to the Director of EHS Americas position and serves as a key member of the site leadership team. Develop and implement site-specific objectives aligned with our global EHS strategy, including short-term action plans and projects. Leverage corporate EHS software systems to support compliance activities and track EHS performance metrics. Perform regular EHS audits/inspections and ensure timely corrective actions are developed and implemented. Main Responsibilities This position is responsible for the alignment and execution of our corporate EHS strategy, as well as the management of EHS programs and organization. Requirements Candidates should have solid experience in the environmental, health, and safety discipline with a strong focus on safety. Key qualifications include: Ability to present to government agencies and stakeholders. Understanding of Mexico regulatory requirements and relevant EHS knowledge. Familiarity with ISO 14001/45001 or ACC Responsible Care program standards.
