Senior Financial Planner

Job Overview This position will support the financial planning department by coordinating annual budgeting, business plan processes, and financial projections. The successful candidate will develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives, providing accurate and high-quality financial information to executive management. Main Responsibilities: Weekly control panel report with key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Weekly US operations meeting result consolidation with plant managers, controllers, and finance directors. Prepare weekly forecasts tying estimated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA). Coordinate and consolidate business plans and budgets, challenging finance and plant managers regarding budget development and target setting. Support on savings reporting to global teams. Tooling net working capital (NWC) management support and accounting. Standard monthly journal entries and journal processes for tooling/product development/staff. Evaluate and implement projects to streamline and automate systems/processes that will improve the effectiveness of financial, budget, and forecasting reporting processes in partnership with IT. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or accounting or related field. Two years of previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Advanced Excel skills.
