Job Summary Labor relations specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the productivity and labor stability of an organization. This position is responsible for the execution of initiatives and strategies for the adequate management of key labor processes. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with action plans related to labor laws and regulations. Manage labor disputes and litigation, focusing on negotiation and resolution. Develop and implement policies to promote positive labor relations and ensure the correct execution of labor casuistry. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with specialization in Labor Law preferred. Advanced English language skills. Knowledge of labor legislation, social security, and national labor law. Experience in negotiation, personnel administration, and analysis/control of information. Additional Requirements: Master's degree in Labor Law or HR/Administration (desired). Training and staff development expertise. SAP RH experience. 3+ years of experience in labor relations, with 1+ year in training.
