Senior Labor Relations Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Labor Relations Specialist to join our efforts in ensuring the effective management of key labor processes through our labor model. This specialist will play a crucial role in strengthening productivity and labor stability within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about labor relations, has strong analytical skills, and is able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with action plans of the Labor Model by identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions. Manage Labor Lawsuits and Alimony Trials at scale, providing expert advice and support to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure the correct execution of labor casuistry by analyzing complex situations and developing strategic plans to resolve disputes. Benchmarking and search for best practices in labor relations to optimize business operations. Requirements: Advanced degree in Law or related field (Required), Specialization in Labor Law (desirable) English Advanced proficiency Knowledge of Labor Legislation, Social Security, and National Social Security regulations Management of labor and personnel relations Training and staff development SAP RH software expertise Minimum 3+ years of experience in Negotiation in labor relations, Personnel administration, Analysis and control of information, Training Benefits: This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, with access to cutting-edge tools and technologies.
