This specialist will play a crucial role in strengthening productivity and labor stability within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with action plans of the Labor Model by identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions. Manage Labor Lawsuits and Alimony Trials at scale, providing expert advice and support to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure the correct execution of labor casuistry by analyzing complex situations and developing strategic plans to resolve disputes. Benchmarking and search for best practices in labor relations to optimize business operations.
